The Papillion LaVista Community Theater is proud to present our Summer 2023 production of Seussical July 14th through the 16th and 20th through the 22nd at the SumTur Amphitheater in Papillion.
“Oh, the thinks you can think” when Dr. Seuss’ best-loved characters collide and cavort in an unforgettable musical caper! We’re excited to put on a show with roles for a wide range of ages that tells a story that all ages can enjoy. His books may be found in the children’s section, but the words of Dr. Seuss have real wisdom and heart for everyone (there’s a reason “Oh, the Places You’ll Go!” is such a popular graduation gift)!
Seussical is a fantastical, magical, musical extravaganza that lovingly brings to life all of our favorite Dr. Seuss characters, including Horton the Elephant, The Cat in the Hat, Gertrude McFuzz, lazy Mayzie and a kid with a big imagination – Jojo. The colorful characters transport us from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus to the invisible world of the Whos.
